Non CDL Driver | $24.79 Per Hour | Swedesboro, NJ   

TransForce is seeking a Non CDL Driver to support local operations based in Swedesboro, New Jersey.  

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Non CDL Driver Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am start times

• Pay: $24.79 Per Hour, $1,000 - $1,200 Estimated weekly pay

• Route Type: local - delivering product to mostly strip malls

• Freight / Load Type: various non-parishable

• Equipment: box trucks & sprinter vans

• Handling: using lifts and dollys

Non CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: valid Class C or D 

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Equipment Experience: 1 year

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Non CDL Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate straight truck on local routes 

• Deliver product to warehouses

• Perform required handling tasks 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role.
