<p>TransForce is seeking Class A Flatbed drivers for a Direct Hire position in Dalton, OH. This role offers a great opportunity for experienced drivers looking for a regional driving position with a competitive pay structure.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Weekly Pay: $1,800 guaranteed</li>
    <li>Schedule: Monday to Friday, home every weekend</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Regional, within a 400-mile radius</li>
    <li>Freight/Load Type: Steel products, building materials, pipe, lumber</li>
    <li>Equipment: Automatic trucks</li>
    <li>Handling: Strap and tarp when needed; $75 bonus for tarping more than 3 times per week</li>
    <li>Trucks equipped with refrigerators and hookups for microwaves</li>
    <li>Pet policy available</li>
    <li>Rider policy available</li>
    <li>Drivers can take the truck home</li>
    <li>No oversized loads</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate vehicles on local routes</li>
    <li>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Perform required handling tasks including strapping and tarping</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>License: Class A</li>
    <li>Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
