<p>Our client is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a local, home-daily position in Eagan, Minnesota. This temporary-to-permanent opportunity involves mail routes, time-sensitive freight, and light-touch handling. The assignment is scheduled to run from August 31 through September 12, 2026, with the possibility of becoming permanent.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>

  <li>Base pay: $31.34 per hour</li>
  <li>Health and welfare benefit: $6.16 per hour</li>
  <li>Total hourly compensation: $37.50 per hour</li>
  <li>Approximately 40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Local, home-daily schedule</li>
  <li>Start times vary between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.</li>
  <li>Flexible availability is required for changing schedules, routes, and operational needs during the startup period</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle</li>
  <li>Complete assigned routes safely, accurately, and on time</li>
  <li>Load, unload, and handle mail as required</li>
  <li>Support startup execution, go-live activities, and operational stabilization</li>
  <li>Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records</li>
  <li>Report delays, equipment issues, and operational concerns</li>
  <li>Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and workplace safety procedures</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A CDL</li>
  <li>6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
  <li>Ability to perform light-touch freight duties</li>
  <li>Flexibility with workdays, start times, routes, and assignments</li>
</ul>
