<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking experienced CDL-A Drivers for local operations in Lithia Springs, Georgia. This position offers steady work, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $28 per hour</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday</li>
  <li><strong>Start Time:</strong> Approximately 1:00 a.m.–5:00 a.m.</li>
  <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week</li>
  <li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Temp-to-perm</li>
  <li><strong>Home Time:</strong> Home daily on local routes</li>
  <li><strong>Overnight Routes:</strong> Occasional single-night out-and-back trips may be assigned</li>

  <li><strong>Freight:</strong> General freight, primarily drop-and-hook</li>
  <li><strong>Handling:</strong> Approximately 85–90% pull-off-and-sign deliveries, with freight breakdowns required at times</li>
  <li><strong>Equipment:</strong> Single- and double-axle day cabs pulling primarily 53-foot dry van trailers</li>
  <li><strong>Transmission:</strong> Automatic</li>
  <li><strong>Overnight Accommodations:</strong> Hotel accommodations and meals are paid for when overnight routes are assigned</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate a CDL-A day cab on assigned local routes</li>
  <li>Deliver general freight to assigned customers while following applicable safety standards</li>
  <li>Complete pull-off-and-sign deliveries and perform freight breakdowns when required</li>
  <li>Safely handle and secure freight throughout the delivery process</li>
  <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork</li>
  <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and operations</li>
  <li>Follow all safety procedures and delivery protocols</li>
  <li>Complete occasional single-night overnight routes when assigned</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid CDL-A</li>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
  <li>Ability to safely operate day cabs and dry van trailers</li>
  <li>Ability to handle freight and perform breakdowns when required</li>
