We've built our business on teaming and we are the leader in team freight. Compensation Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.81/mile. Pay is based on verified experience. Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.66/mile. Weekly Minimum: 5,100 miles (paid to truck) Sign On Bonus: $8,000 per team ($4,000 per driver) Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
