CDL A Truck Driver - OTR Dry Van
Hiring Area: Baltimore, MD
$1,300-$1,450 weekly | Home every other weekend
No-touch freight | Consistent miles | Automatic trucks
Drivers in this position run steady interstate lanes designed to keep miles consistent without frequent delays between loads. Dispatch planning helps line up assignments ahead of time, allowing drivers to focus on miles instead of waiting on the next move. This position is a strong fit for drivers who want reliable income and a schedule that stays organized from week to week.
Pay & Benefits
Drivers typically earn between $1,300 and $1,450 per week depending on miles and experience. Detention pay is provided for qualifying delays, adding protection when schedules are impacted. After six months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
