<p>We are assisting our client, a major food service distributor serving the Metro DC area, in finding experienced local CDL A delivery drivers in Manassas, VA. This is a direct hire opportunity with a pay rate of $34/hr during training and up to $110,000/year after.</p>
<p>This role is physically demanding—expect to handle 700-900 cases per load, with weights up to 80 lbs per case and 10-15 stops per day.</p>
<p>Experienced food service drivers may qualify for a retention bonus of up to $10,000.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>

    <li>$34.00/hr during 3-4 weeks of training</li>
    <li>After training: component pay (stops + miles + cases)</li>
    <li>Daily minimum: $320/day</li>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
    <li>Valid CDL A</li>
    <li>6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience</li>
    <li>Valid DOT medical card</li>
    <li>Manual transmission experience preferred</li>
    <li>Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English</li>
    <li>Food delivery or physically demanding delivery experience preferred</li>
    <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
