CDL A  Driver - Day Shift - $30 Per Hour 

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Richmond, CA.

CDL A Details 

<ul>

	Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5am Start time,Typical shifts are 8–10 hours, with occasional longer days depending on workload
	
	<li>Pay:  $30 Per Hour - $1,200 - $1,800
	<li>
	Route Type: Consistent local routes w/ pre-loaded materials
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Freight / Load Type: Construction material
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Equipment: Pre-loaded flatbed freight with strapping required (no tarping)
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Handling: No touch freight
	
</ul>

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

<ul>
	<li>
	License: CDL A  
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable FLATBED driving experience 
	
	<li>
	Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 
	
</ul>

CDL A Responsibilities:  

<ul>
	<li>
	Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Transport general freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Perform required handling tasks 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable] 
	
</ul>
