 $0.60/mile + $25/stop + $100/load ($1,400 Guarantee)
Who We Need
Valid Commercial Class A CDL
Experience Levels Accepted: No CDL (trainee), Class A with 0 experience, 6 months in the last 1 year, OR 12 months in the last 5 years
Open to variable day or night shifts, weekend deliveries, and holiday shifts
Drug Testing: Must clear pre-employment urine and hair follicle screenings
Pay & Benefits Structure
Loaded Mileage Pay:
 $0.60 per mile (~1,800 miles/week)
Stop Pay:
 $25.00 for every delivery stop
Unload Rate:
 $100.00 flat fee per load
Guaranteed Minimum:
 $1,400 weekly pay guarantee for your first 3 months solo

Home Time:
 Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (extra mid-week home time possible on local AZ runs)

Physical Unloads:
 Dedicated dry retail freight using liftgate trailers and RotoCarts (60% carts, 40% loose boxes)
