<p>Our client is seeking established CDL A team drivers for over-the-road routes based in Wichita, Texas. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-weekly opportunities, and the support of a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>

  <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $31.63 per hour</li>
  <li><strong>Annual compensation:</strong> $100,000 per year per driver, plus an annual safety bonus</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Over-the-road with no set schedule</li>
  <li><strong>Home time:</strong> Home weekly</li>
  <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week</li>

  <li>Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.</li>
  <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>

  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.</li>
  <li>6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>Experience operating flatbed or dry van equipment.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
</ul>
