Local CDL A Driver - $29 Per Hour - $1,100 - $1,500 Per Week

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Delaware, OH.

TTP:  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Tuesday thru Saturday, 1am - 3am Start

• Pay:  $ 29 Per Hour, Straight Time Only, 8-10 hours per day
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,500

• Route Type: Local

• Freight / Load Type: Food products, Live unload

• Equipment:  Slip Seat, Reefer & Dry Van, Day Cabs, Automatic transmissions

• Handling: No touch freight, Drop & Hook

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A on local routes 

• Transport food products in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
