Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication-and we've been doing it for over 70 years. From a small shop in downtown Indianapolis to five facilities across Indiana, we've built something we're proud of: a stable company, a strong team, and meaningful work.
We're looking for a CDL Driver to join our Indianapolis team-someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, shows up consistently, and represents Foamcraft well with our customers.
This is a local driving role-you'll be home every night.
Why Foamcraft
- Stability - We've been here for 70+ years, and we're not going anywhere
- No Sundays - Never have, never will
- Team-first culture - You're not just a driver-you're part of the operation
- Growth - Many of our leaders started on the floor or behind the wheel
- Well-maintained equipment - We take care of what we expect you to operate
What You'll Do
- Deliver Foamcraft products safely and efficiently to customers
- Load trucks and ensure product is secure and accurate
- Work directly with customers during deliveries (unloading, counts, paperwork, returns)
- Represent Foamcraft professionally at every stop
- Perform routine inspections and keep your truck clean and in good working order
- Support plant operations when needed
What You Need
- Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Solid understanding of safety and DOT regulations
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to adapt to changing routes, weather, and schedules
Our Values Show Up in This Role
At Foamcraft, we expect our drivers to reflect our core values:
- Integrity - Do the right thing, even when no one is watching
- Unity - Work as part of the team, not on an island
- Activity - Stay engaged, responsive, and moving
- Loyalty - Take pride in the company and your role in it
- Creativity - Find solutions when things don't go exactly as planned
If you're looking for a steady role with a company that values your time-and gets you home every night-we'd like to talk.
