Home Time Routine:
 Out 2-3 weeks, home 2-3 days
Equipment & Cargo:
 Condo sleepers pulling dry van trailers; 100% no-touch load policy
Dispatch Area:
 Nationwide 48-state lanes (wholesalers and partner deliveries)
Onboarding:
 Potential 1-week mentor ride-along for preparation based on experience level
