We are searching for skilled individuals with 2-5 years of post-frame experience to lead our crew based out of the Council Bluffs, IA area.

Can you...

• Work safe and fit into a culture based on safe work practices.
• Construct post frame buildings safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality.
• Lift at least 75 pounds.
• Work at heights of at least 20 feet safely and in full safety compliance.
• Comply and promote all safety policies.
• Learn quickly with attention to safety and to quality.
• Work outdoors and travel away from home.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication in compliance with all policies and standards.
• Pass a drug screen and physical.
• Have or are able to obtain a Class A CDL.

Wick Buildings provides a competitive pay scale ($25.00-$35.00+ based on experience) that includes production bonus pay on every qualifying job. We provide a company vehicle, travel pay, and a meal per diem when away from home.
