About the job CDL-A Regional Driver - $1,400-$1,600 Weekly - Home Every Weekend

Our fleet is currently looking for skilled Class A drivers who want to move away from over-the-road uncertainty and join a structured, regional operation that values your personal time.

Weekly Compensation and Incentives

• Your weekly take-home is estimated between $1,400 and $1,600.
• We pay between $0.81 and $0.85 per mile depending on your verified professional background.
• A $4,000 signing incentive is included for new hires, processed in installments shortly after you start.
• Additional revenue opportunities exist through detention time, multi-stop deliveries, and a monthly safety incentive of up to 3 cents per mile.

• Every single weekend you will return to your home for a full 34-hour reset.
• Our operating footprint covers the Northeast region from Virginia up to Maine and into Eastern Ohio.
• You will haul exclusively no-touch, dry van freight with a high percentage of preloaded trailers.
• We back our drivers with continuous fleet support and updated Freightliner and Kenworth equipment.

• Possession of a current Class A commercial license is required.
• At least three months of recent, verifiable experience operating tractor-trailers.
• You must meet the minimum age requirement of 21.
• You must reside within New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, or Maryland.
• A solid safety record is required; we strictly avoid applicants with recent DUI history or incomplete SAP programs.
