Garden State Pavement Solutions is seeking an experienced and reliable CDL Class A Driver to join our team. As a CDL Class A Driver, you will be responsible for transporting asphalt and milling material along with equipment to designated destinations safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate various types of trucks and trailers. Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle with a Class A or B CDL. Class A is preferred. 
Transport goods to designated locations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
Conduct pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery schedules, delays, and vehicle issues.
Follow all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience driving a commercial vehicle.
Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission trucks.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods while driving.
Ability to climb in and out of the truck cabin and trailer.
Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and minor maintenance tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with specific equipment (paving and milling) is a plus.
