Here is what you can expect on a typical day as a CDL Driver on our team at Mauser Packaging Solutions: 
 
Safety is a top priority at Mauser. We will do everything we can to ensure you are safe in our facilities, in our trucks and everywhere in between.
 
We take pride in our safe, timely, and accurate delivery to every customer. Our customers routinely track this information and so do we. 
 
No micromanaging here! Most of the day you will be in your vehicle, driving, scheduling, routing and managing your daily activities, acting as your own boss.
 
Supportive Team. Everyone plays a vital role here as we strive to reach our goals and deliver an excellent product. Need something? Just ask!

Work/Life balance. Need to tweak your schedule to be home for the recital? Caring for an elderly relative and need a slightly later start in the mornings? We will do our best to work with your schedule.

Requirements:
 
Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
 
At least 23 years old
 
Minimum 1-year on the road experience 
 
Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds
 
Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration
 
No More than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years
 
No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
 
No DUIs in last 5 years
 
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
 
Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
 
A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.
 
Maintains all required company paperwork.
 
Follows all State & Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards.
 
Must be able to effectively communicate in English 
 
Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
 
Ability to work in a team environment.
 
Ability to work any shift and work time as needed.
 
Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record.
The range is $25 - $31 per hour. Exact hourly rate offered will depend on candidate's experience, work location, skills, etc.
