Albany Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for this dedicated account with pay of $1,450 to $1,650 per week plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Freight
Drivers run approximately four dedicated loads per week covering about 2,000 miles. Each load averages 490 miles throughout Virginia and West Virginia.
Mix of drop-and-hook and live unload freight
Powered pallet jack used for live unloads
No heavy lifting required
Schedule
This account operates seven days a week with primarily overnight runs. Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the regular schedule, including mandatory holiday weeks.
Drivers return home weekly for a full 34-hour reset. Those within 30 miles of the distribution center may be able to take daily 10-hour breaks at home.
Route
Dedicated deliveries run throughout Virginia and West Virginia, with backhauls typically routing through Indianapolis.
Equipment
Drivers are assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth sleeper trucks equipped with 1,200-1,500-watt inverters.
