What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you'll be on the front lines of safety and customer service, ensuring propane systems are properly installed, maintained, and repaired. Your daily work will reflect our core values: Integrity, Trust, Curiosity, Inclusivity, and Passion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set, maintain, and repair propane tanks and cylinders
• Install service lines to homes and facilities per all applicable regulations
• Perform leak tests and gas system inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair propane systems and appliances
• Ensure safe, compliant operation of company vehicles and equipment
• Deliver propane when needed
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Pinnacle with professionalism
• Respond to emergency calls and work flexible hours as needed
• Complete required documentation using company technology

What You'll Need

• Valid Class A CDL with HazMat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements
• 1+ year of experience operating a Class A commercial vehicle
• Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 5 years)
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 60 lbs
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screening
