About the job CDL A School Graduates- Paid Training - $1,300 - $1,500/ Wk

Fresh out of CDL school and not sure where to start? This program is built for exactly that: real mentorship, weekly guaranteed pay, and a clear path to solid solo earnings once you're ready.
The Freight & Where You'll Run
Territory stays east of I 35.
New York City and its five boroughs are never on the route.
Freight is 100 percent no touch dry van.
Split runs about 70 percent drop and hook, 30 percent live load and unload.
Your Truck, Your Schedule
Drive a 2022 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth automatic, APU equipped for rest breaks.
Once solo, that truck is yours, no slip seating, with take home options on the table.
Riders and pets are welcome once training wraps up.
Out 12 days, home for 2.
What Solo Drivers Actually Earn
Floor of $1,000 a week guaranteed through your first 3 solo months.
Most drivers average $1,300 to $1,500 weekly gross.
Top performers see $1,750 or more.
Mileage typically runs 2,200 to 2,800 a week.
4 to 6 Weeks of Real Training
You'll ride with an experienced trainer for the full 4 to 6 weeks, running actual loads on actual routes, not a classroom.
Learn hands on: trip planning, backing and maneuvering, drop and hook procedures, log book and ELD compliance, and how to handle live load and unload stops.
Your trainer walks you through company systems, communication with dispatch, and what to expect once you're running solo.
Training pay is direct deposited every Friday, and the moment you finish, you move straight to full solo pay.
What Makes This Different
Income Protection:
Once you finish training and go solo, your pay is guaranteed at $1,000 a week minimum for your first 3 months.
No Waiting Around for Full Pay:
The moment you're solo, you're on full pay rates.
Orientation Covered:
$300 orientation pay, plus travel and lodging arranged and paid for by the company.
Benefits Once You Hit 30 Days
Full medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
401k with a company match.
Life insurance and long term disability, employer funded.
Access to the employee stock option program.
Vacation time starts building from day one of training.
To Get Started You'll Need
A valid CDL-A and to be at least 21.
120+ hours completed at an accredited CDL school.
A stable work history and clean driving and background record.
An active DOT medical card and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
