The City of Plano is hiring Route Driver I, Route Driver II, or Senior Route Drivers in our Environmental Waste Services team! If you are passionate about making a real difference and want to be part of a dedicated team that keeps Plano clean and green, this is your chance to shine! Whether you're just beginning your journey as a Route Driver I or looking to elevate your career as a Route Driver II or Senior Route Driver, we have an incredible opportunity for you to grow, learn, and thrive in the Public Works department.

As a Route Driver, I, the ideal candidate, will have immediate supervision, providing all the support and guidance needed all while experiencing valuable hands-on experience. For those qualified to take on a bigger challenge, Route Driver II and Senior Route Driver will operate advanced equipment, manage more complex routes, and bring your experience and expertise to new heights!
