<h3><strong>Position Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>$23.00 per hour
	<li>Overtime paid after 40 hours
	<li>Monday through Friday schedule
	<li>Optional Saturday shifts available
	<li>10–12 hour shifts
	<li>Varied early morning start times, typically between <strong>3:00 AM and 6:00 AM</strong>
	<li>Local work throughout the Phoenix Valley
	<li>Lower delivery volume with fewer stops compared to traditional local delivery routes
	<li>Year-round opportunity
	<li>Temp-to-hire position
</ul>

<h3><strong>Driver Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate CDL A end dump equipment
	<li>Complete local deliveries and assigned routes
	<li>Safely maneuver and dump loads as required
	<li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
	<li>Follow all DOT and job-site safety requirements
	<li>Navigate throughout the Phoenix Valley safely and efficiently
</ul>

<h3><strong>Driver Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid Class A CDL
	<li>Minimum 6 months of CDL A driving experience
	<li>End dump experience preferred
	<li>1 year of experience preferred
	<li>Strong backing and equipment maneuvering skills
	<li>Stable work history
	<li>Clean or acceptable MVR
	<li>Ability to work flexible early morning start times
