Base CPM: $0.77 (0-11 mo) → $0.78 (12-23 mo) → $0.79 (24-35 mo) → $0.80 (36+ mo)
$265 per full trailer unload | $15 per stop | $125/wk bonus for 3+ loads | $35 per backhaul

The Route
VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, WV - within 700 miles of Front Royal
~1,100 mi/week, 1-6 stops per trailer,

1-week paid ride-along training at $150/day
What You Need
Active Class A CDL with a solid driving and background history
Minimum 3 months of experience within the last 36 months
Comfortable with hands-on freight work
Good customer service skills
Double endorsement a plus, not required
Not SAP friendly
Bring 2 weeks' supplies to orientation
