Full Description

WAGES
  • Drivers are paid $33 per hour
  • Overtime pay starting at 40 hours per week
  • Drivers are eligible for quarterly safety bonuses

HOLIDAYS
  • 6 paid holidays should you work on the holiday
  • Double time payment for all holidays worked

PAID TIME OFF
  • 2 weeks after 1 year of service
  • 3 weeks after 5 years of service
  • 4 weeks after 10 years of service

SICK PAY
  • Three paid sick days

MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LIFE INSURANCE
  • HMO Plan - 100% paid for Individual Driver
  • Dental Plan - contributions vary by plan
  • $10,000.00 Life Insurance policy

401k PLAN
  • Matching contribution of 100% up to 6% of Driver's wages

RECRUITMENT BONUS
  • $1,000.00 per new Driver

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years current, verifiable CDL A over the road tractor trailer experience
  • Pass drug test, physical, criminal background check and Driver/Cargo Security quiz
  • Drive a stick shift truck
  • Available to work Saturdays and Sundays. The typical shift is to work Tuesday-Saturday and off Sunday, Monday

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to work variable shifts as dictated by business needs
  • Ability to work up to a total of 14 hours in one day
  • Obtain a Medical Examiners Certificate under requirements of the Federal Motor Carier Safety Regulations
  • Ability to read and speak the English language
  • Ability to walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, squat and climb as necessary to handle heavy equipment, to ensure safety when hooking, dropping and picking up connectors and hoses that may exceed 20' in length and weight as much as 75 pounds
  • Requires normal ranges of dexterity, sight, hearing and smell
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a Commercial Driver's License with a Hazmat endorsement
