<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations in Rochester, New York. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. The assignment is temporary-to-permanent.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>

  <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $31.45 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours</li>
  <li><strong>Estimated weekly pay:</strong> $1,800</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday through Friday</li>
  <li><strong>Start time:</strong> Between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., depending on the route</li>
  <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week</li>
  <li><strong>Start date:</strong> August 4, 2026</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

  <li>Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes.</li>
  <li>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.</li>
  <li>Perform required handling tasks, including strapping and tarping.</li>
  <li>Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.</li>
  <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.</li>
  <li>Perform the physical duties associated with flatbed operations, including climbing, strapping, and tarping.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid CDL A license.</li>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>No endorsements required.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
</ul>
