TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support regional operations based in Independence, OH. This is a direct hire opportunity. 
 
CDL A Flatbed Driver Details

	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 AM start time.
</ul>

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Pay:  $29 per hour or .80 cpm
</ul>

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Route Type: Regional, layovers involved
</ul>

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Freight / Load Type: General Cargo
</ul>

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Equipment: Automatic trucks, 48&apos; Flatbed
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Handling:  strapping and tarping
</ul>
CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:  

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">License: CDL A 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience. At least 1 year must be flatbed experience. 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 
</ul>
CDL A Driver Responsibilities:  

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Safely operate class A vehicles on local routes 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Transport medical equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Perform required handling tasks including offloading with electric pallet jack.
</ul>

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
</ul>

<ul>
	<li style="margin: 0.0in;">Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
</ul>
