As an OTR Driver, you will be expected to:
Operate and maintain a company vehicle to deliver finished products to external customers safely, on time and following company policies and government regulations within a defined geographic delivery area.
Provide excellent service to our customers, representing Carpenter Co. in a positive and professional manner.
Unload product at the customer's location as specified in the delivery order. 
Skills and Requirements:
Must have a Class A CDL including Manual Transmission Endorsement, but no experience required. 
Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Must adhere to all DOT Regulations and practice safe driving techniques.
Must maintain accurate paperwork and electronic DOT logs.
Must unload finished product at each destination as required.
Must be able to lift carpet cushion rolls weighing 50 to 90 lbs. each.
Must follow all Carpenter Co. rules to include safety regulations, attendance and personal conduct.
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Additional Information: 
Drivers are paid for all hours worked-Mileage-Hourly-Unloading Pay-Meals
We also have Profit Sharing and a great Benefit Package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability and paid time off (Vacation and Holidays). 
Salary 1st year average is $88,000 and higher for Road Drivers!
Sign on Bonus and/or tuition payback details will be discussed in person
