 * Average age of our fleet is 3 years old. We have well-maintained equipment.
   Minimal downtime.
 * We have loads in and out of NC every day.
 * Starting pay of $0.60 per mile for all miles
 * Minimum of $1250 per week as long as you run 5 days weekly.
 * Can earn up to $0.06 per mile additional bonus weekly.
Duties
 * Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and
   regulations.
 * Load and unload cargo as necessary, ensuring proper handling and securing of
   goods.
 * Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries while maintaining
   accurate logs of driving hours and distances traveled.
 * Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to
   ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
 * Maintain communication with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any
   potential delays.
Qualifications
 * Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
 * 3 years verifiable driving history.
 * Spotless safety record and solid work history.
 * Proven experience in route driving with a solid understanding of load
   management techniques.
 * Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles effectively.
 * Experience with refrigerated trailers
 * Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices while driving and
   handling cargo.
 * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members
   and clients.
 * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced
   environment.
