Hiring Area: Hartford, CT 06101
Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A regional drivers for dedicated lanes throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. We offer consistent miles, no-touch freight, and reliable home time with a company that values your experience and keeps you moving.
This position follows a regional operating schedule built around consistent freight volume and planned home time cycles.
What You'll Earn
Regional drivers earn $1,315 to $1,515 per week based on miles and experience. You'll also receive additional compensation for detention, layover, and holidays. Our pay structure is designed to reward your time and effort, with consistent freight that keeps your earnings stable week after week.
Freight and Routing
You'll run dedicated regional lanes with drop and hook freight throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. All freight is no-touch-no loading or unloading required on your end. Our lanes are built around established customers with steady volume, which means predictable schedules and reliable miles. You'll spend your time driving, not waiting at docks.
Home Time
Schedule: Out 7-9 days followed by 1 full day off for every 7 days worked.. Your time off starts the day after you arrive home-not when you pull into the yard. We respect your personal time and build schedules that let you plan ahead with your family.
Equipment
You'll drive a late-model Kenworth T680 automatic equipped with Smart Idle, a 1500-watt inverter, and double bunks. Our trucks are serviced every 6 months to minimize downtime and keep you on the road earning. We maintain our fleet so you can focus on driving, not repairs.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL with minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. Must have current DOT medical card and clear FMCSA Clearinghouse record.
Benefits
Healthcare after 60 days and 401(k) with company match after 90 days. 3-day orientation with travel, hotel, and transportation covered.
We are committed to building a diverse team of professional drivers and logistics staff.
