<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>TransForce is seeking qualified CDL Class A Reefer Drivers to support the distribution operation in Lawrenceville, GA. This position involves food service deliveries to coffee chain locations using refrigerated equipment. Drivers must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with multiple-stop routes and touch freight.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> <strong>Training Pay is $26.50 per hour</strong>
	<li><strong>Average Gross Pay:</strong> <strong>$1,875–$2,100 per week after training</strong>
	<li><strong>Estimated First-Year Earnings:</strong> Approximately $97,000
	<li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Start time 1 pm - 4.30 pm
	<li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week

	<li><strong>Route Type:</strong> Local and overnight food service deliveries
	<li><strong>Freight:</strong> Touch freight, including milk crates
	<li><strong>Equipment:</strong> Refrigerated trucks and trailers
	<li><strong>Handling:</strong> Physical unloading at customer locations
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Operate CDL Class A refrigerated equipment for deliveries
	<li>Complete local and overnight routes to national coffee chain locations
	<li>Unload freight at multiple stops (approximately 12 to 15 stops per night)
	<li>Occasionally operate a CDL-B truck when needed
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Valid CDL Class A license
	<li>Reefer experience preferred
	<li>Must be comfortable with touch freight and food service deliveries
	<li>Must be safety-focused, dependable, and professional
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
