We&apos;re looking for a skilled, professional CDL A Driver for our client, one of the world&apos;s largest logistics companies, in Simi Valley, CA. Drivers must have a valid DOT Medical Card, and at least 6 months of recent and verifiable CDL A driving experience, including experience with 53ft trailers.

Pay

<ul>
	<li>$24.00 per stop (piece rate) — includes pre/post-trip inspections
	<li>Non-route work (training, meetings, yard moves): $38.50/hr
	<li>Average earnings: approximately $3,600 every 2 weeks
	<li>Top drivers can earn close to $5,000 every 2 weeks
</ul>

Additional Incentives

	<li>Double Drop & Hook: +$80/day
	<li>Distance Over 1 Hour: +$80/day
	<li>Driver & Driver Helper Training: +$80/day
	<li>Day Off Call-In Support: +$175/day
	<li>Operating Without a Helper: +$175/day

Schedule

<ul>
	<li>Start time between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
	<li>Rotating days
	<li>10+ stops per day
	<li>Home daily
</ul>

What You&apos;ll Do

<ul>
	<li>Operate a 53ft trailer and deliver freight to store locations
	<li>Work alongside a helper for unloading at each stop
	<li>Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
	<li>Secure loads, verify trailer conditions, and follow all DOT and safety procedures
</ul>

Requirements

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL A license
	<li>6+ months CDL A experience within the last 3 years
	<li>Clean driving record (past 2 years)
	<li>Experience with 53ft trailers required
	<li>Valid DOT Medical Card
</ul>
