What We Offer

Experience-Based Pay Scale
Your starting mileage pay is based directly on your verifiable Class A driving experience:
0 - 11 Months:
 $0.45 CPM
12 - 35 Months:
 $0.47 CPM
36 - 59 Months:
 $0.50 CPM
60 - 83 Months:
 $0.51 CPM
84 - 119 Months:
 $0.52 CPM
10+ Years:
 $0.54 CPM
Schedule & Routes
Daily Workflow:
 1-3 routes per day with 1-3 stops per trip.
Shift Times:
 Night shifts starting between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM (highest freight volumes occur Wednesday through Saturday).
Rotating Schedule Format:
Week 1: Work 6 days, followed by a 34-hour restart.
Week 2: Work 5 days, followed by 2 days off.
Qualifications
License:
 Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Experience:
 Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
Availability:
 Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and the rotating schedule outlined above.
Safety:
 Ability to meet all company and DOT safety and drug/alcohol standards.
