<p>TransForce is seeking a Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to support local operations based in Chatham, MA.</p>

<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Pay: $22/hour, OT after 40 hours, $700 - $800 estimated weekly pay</li>
    <li>Schedule: Monday - Saturday; Start time 6 AM; 8-10 hours per day; average 40 - 50 hours per week</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Local</li>
    <li>Freight / Load Type: Hauling seafood to hotels &amp; restaurants</li>
    <li>Equipment: Refrigerated box truck</li>
    <li>Handling: Pallet jack for deliveries &amp; some warehouse work</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate a refrigerated box truck on local routes</li>
    <li>Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries</li>
    <li>Perform some warehouse work after deliveries are completed</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>License: Non-CDL, valid Driver's License</li>
    <li>Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable Box Truck driving experience</li>
    <li>Equipment Experience: Box truck</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
