TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Rome, NY. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details

	Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 7pm Start time, 10-12 hour days
	
</ul>

<ul>

	Pay:  $307.69 Per day, + $6,000 Annual Safety Bonus + $1 Per Pallet Returned ($200 Weekly) + $2,000 Sign-on Bonus, $1,438 - $1,538 Estimated weekly pay
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Route Type: Local deliveries to PA, NY & CT
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Freight / Load Type: Miscellaneous freight
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Equipment: Automatic Freightliners
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Handling: No touch
	
</ul>

 
CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

<ul>
	<li>
	License: CDL A 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Experience: 5+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Endorsements: Hazmat, Doubles & Triples 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Equipment Experience: Hazmat & Doubles Experience Required
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 
	
</ul>

 
CDL A Responsibilities:  

<ul>
	<li>
	Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Perform required handling tasks 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
	
</ul>
