 Salary: $55,000 - $92,000 per year - average pay is 64,000 per year 
 
 Run from Indianapolis to St. Louis or to Kansas City or to Arkansas - back and forth
 
 Shippers will include Lowe's and Walmart 
 
 Run Sunday to Friday - then home 
 
 Expected weekly miles in this lane will be 2000 - 2500 per week average. 
 
 
 
Truck Driver Bonuses include:
