<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>
<p>We are seeking safe, professional CDL-A drivers to support operations out of Indianapolis, IN. Drivers will be responsible for local deliveries of palletized carts, shrink-wrapped medical supplies, and equipment to healthcare customers across the state. This position starts at 2 AM.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay &amp; Schedule</strong></h3>
<ul>
    <li>Monday - Friday</li>
    <li>2 AM start</li>
    <li>Drivers typically work 8–12 hour routes and average 45–48 hours per week. Overtime is paid after 40 hours.</li>
</ul>

    <li>Equipment: Tractor-trailer with a liftgate trailer</li>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

    <li>Operate a tractor-trailer with a liftgate trailer</li>
    <li>Complete on-time deliveries to hospitals, surgery centers, dialysis units, and distribution centers</li>
    <li>Unload palletized freight using an electric pallet jack</li>
    <li>Perform handcart work and manual handling as needed, lifting up to 40 lbs.</li>
    <li>Maintain professional communication and safe delivery practices at all times</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
    <li>Valid CDL-A license</li>
    <li>3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience</li>
    <li>Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required</li>
    <li>Ability to safely unload using an electric pallet jack</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
