<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support OTR operations based in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. A tanker endorsement and 2 years of experience are required.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Pay: $28 per hour - OT after 40 hours</li>
    <li>Schedule: Driver should be flexible on start time and working days</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>

    <li>Route Type: OTR (some local)</li>
    <li>Equipment: Pneumatic trailers</li>
    <li>Handling: No touch</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate pneumatic trailers on OTR routes</li>
    <li>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>License: CDL A</li>
    <li>Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Endorsements: Tanker endorsement required after 30 days of hire</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
