- Handle your rig like a pro, from loading to unloading.

- Do your pre-trip and post-trip checks like a true gear-jammer.
- Stay in touch with dispatch and keep the lines open.
- Be the face of Foster USA-friendly, reliable, and sharp as a tack.

- $1,000 after 90 days on the blacktop
- $1,500 after 6 months of hauling
- $2,500 after 1 full year of keeping it between the lines
Stick with us, and we'll make sure you're paid like the road royalty you are.
Qualifications:
- CDL Class A in your pocket.
- 2+ years of OTR experience (but if you're a rookie with grit, holler at us).
- Clean MVR and current DOT medical card.
- Know your FMCSA regs and ELD rules like the back of your hand.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a love for the road.
- Willing to be out for 2-3 weeks at a time-home time guaranteed.
