THE ROLE: 
The Driver Technician will be responsible for safe operation of a DOT regulated vehicle, transporting materials/equipment from point A to point B. This role also executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner, including system troubleshooting, working with mechanical, electrical, diesel conditions (based on the requirements of the assigned role/customer), and can identify and remedy safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and potentially operates at multiple sites / with multiple technologies. Critical thinking in this role is a critical item.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Requirements
HS diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
CDL A required
Hazmat endorsement & boom certification highly preferred
Ability to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen
Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
Clean driving record
0 to 2 years of technical work experience preferred
Ability to understand weight requirements / weight distribution Skill

**The estimated salary range for this position is $28 to $32/hourly. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.
