Position Overview
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a lease purchase opportunity with consistent miles, strong earning potential, and regular home time. This position primarily runs east of I-35 and offers steady freight with a major customer.
Requirements
Valid CDL-A license
Minimum 
1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 24 months
, OR 
6 months within the last 12 months
Must have 
OTR or regional driving experience
 (local-only experience does not qualify)
Must meet all DOT safety and employment requirements
Job Details
Pay:
 $1.45 CPM + fuel surcharge
Average Miles:
2,400-2,500 miles/week (home weekly)
2,500-2,700 miles/week (out two weeks)
Estimated Gross Revenue:
 $3,625 - $3,915/week (before deductions)
Estimated Take-Home:
$1,500-$1,700 (home weekly)
$1,700-$1,900 (home every other weekend)
Home Time:
Typically out 5.5 days with a 34-hour reset at home
Option to stay out longer for increased earnings
Operating Area:
 East of I-35 (Midwest & Southeast), 
no NYC routes
Freight:
 Hauling finished paper goods (no-touch freight)
Primary Customer:
 Major paper goods manufacturer
Lease Purchase Program
Equipment:
 2023-2024 International trucks
Lease Terms:
 1-3 years (based on truck mileage)
Weekly Payments:
 $650-$750
Buyout:
 Final payment typically under $5,000 (varies by unit)
Early Termination Option:
 $1,400 fee
Maintenance Escrow:
 Account provided for repairs and preventative maintenance
Drivers will be assigned an available truck at orientation
