<p>This is a CDL A Driver position based in Salem, Oregon, offering a pay rate of $28.00 per hour. This is a temp to perm opportunity with real support from a dedicated team to help you succeed.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Pay Rate: $28.00 Per Hour</li>
    <li>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM</li>
    <li>Overtime expected depending on business needs</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Local</li>
    <li>Freight: Primarily hauling pipe, iron fittings, and valves</li>
    <li>Equipment: Freightliner or F250 pickup and flatbed trailer</li>
    <li>Handling: Heavy Touch</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Driving a freightliner or F250 pickup and flatbed trailer to deliver materials</li>
    <li>Performing warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and general housekeeping</li>
    <li>Ensuring cargo is properly secured and within weight limits</li>
    <li>Communicating with your supervisor throughout the day and validating delivery directions</li>
    <li>Conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Valid CDL A</li>
    <li>3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience</li>
    <li>Must have sit down forklift experience</li>
    <li>Smartphone savvy</li>
    <li>Customer service skills with a friendly personality</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
    <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
</ul>
