- Competitive Pay & Bonus: Earn 68-70 CPM (~$1,500/week) with a $3,500 annual employment bonus, safety incentives, and optional hazmat pay for extra earnings. Minimum pay guarantee protects you from weather or uncontrollable delays.
- Home Every Other Weekend: 12 days on the road, 2 days home with a guaranteed 48-hour reset. Drivers take their trucks home for their reset, ensuring time with family and flexibility.
- No-Touch Freight & Routes: Dry van DC-to-DC deliveries, mostly drop/hook with occasional live load/unload. Routes cover the Northeast regional area, excluding NYC, with planned trips to minimize downtime and maximize miles.
- Modern Trucks & Comfort: Drive a 2019+ Freightliner Cascadia equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, 24" TV, refrigerator, DirectTV & SiriusXM, monthly truck washes, automatic transmission, and other amenities for a comfortable ride.
- Full Benefits & Perks: Health, dental, and vision insurance for driver and family, 401K with company match, holiday & vacation pay, rider & pet policy, EZ-Pass, pre-planned routes, and paid 5-day orientation including hotel and meals.
Additional Highlights:
- Riders allowed age 12+, small weekly fee applies.
- Pet-friendly: 1 pet allowed per truck, no breed or weight restrictions, no deposit required.
- Hazmat optional: Company reimburses cost and pays extra while hauling.
- Holiday pay for New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years.
