Job
Dry van, eastern seaboard lanes
Drop and hook plus live load and unload
About 2,500 miles weekly
Home every 2 weeks
Pay
$1,200 to $1,400 weekly average
$850/week during training
$1,000/week guaranteed for 3 months after first solo dispatch
55 to 65 cents per mile based on experience
$15 stop pay, monthly performance bonus

Requirements
Class A CDL, 21+
120+ hours accredited CDL school, or 6 months OTR in the past year, or 12 months in 5 years

No major preventable accidents in 5 years
No DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
Pass DOT physical, hair and urine drug screen
Live within 200 miles of Columbus, OH
