What You'll Make <ul><li>Weekly Average: $1,500/week</li><li>Top Earners: Make $1,800+ weekly</li><li>Mileage Pay: Up to $0.62 CPM (based on your experience)</li><li>Unload Pay: $37 per unload</li><li>Stop Pay: $20 per stop</li><li>Backhaul Pay: $20 per backhaul</li><li>Restack Pay: $25 if a pallet needs restacking</li><li>Training Pay: Paid ride-along training at $100/day</li></ul>What the Job Looks Like <ul><li>Home Time: Home every single day with 2 consecutive weekdays off</li><li>Freight: Dedicated grocery (70% drop &amp; hook / 30% driver unload with an electric pallet jack)</li><li>Equipment: Slip-seat day cabs (with friendly on-site support staff around during your shift)</li><li>Operating Area: Running local loops through Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky</li><li>Daily Workload: About 3 to 5 loads and 5 to 7 stops a day</li><li>Daily Miles: Around 200 to 300 miles daily (1,000 to 1,500 miles weekly)</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Hours <ul><li>Start Window: Assigned start time between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM (afternoon/evening shift)</li><li>Weekends &amp; Holidays: Weekend work is required for new drivers on this account, plus mandatory holidays and the week right before them.</li></ul>What We're Looking For <ul><li>Valid Class A CDL</li><li>At least 3 months of CDL-A experience</li><li>Must live in or near Monroe (ZIP 45044)</li><li>Reliable personal ride to get to work</li><li>Clean driving record (MVR) and background check</li><li>Good, dependable work ethic</li><li>Quick Heads-Up: This position is not SAP friendly.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits <ul><li>Full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) coverage starting after 60 days.</li><li>Paid vacation after your first year (based on your 52-week average earnings).</li></ul>Ready to grab one of these spots?
