We are looking for CDL A Delivery Driver for a growing team at a manufacturing and distribution company in Gibsonton, Florida. American Builders Supply is Florida's largest independent supplier of building materials for the residential building market statewide with locations in Jacksonville, Sanford, Clermont, Melbourne, Winter Haven, Tampa and Fort Myers

Truss Delivery Driver
We are looking for CDL A Delivery Driver for a growing team at a manufacturing and distribution company in Gibsonton, Florida. American Builders Supply is Florida's largest independent supplier of building materials for the residential building market statewide with locations in Jacksonville, Sanford, Clermont, Melbourne, Winter Haven, Tampa and Fort Myers
Responsibilities:
- Maintains service logs and pre/post-trip inspection procedures
- Follow DOT and OSHA regulations
- Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of delivery
- Verifies order details and maintains log of deliveries, including amounts and/or weights, mileage, and locations of deliveries.
- Check items against invoice to ensure accuracy of order
Preferred Job Skills:
- Forklift experience
- Strong work ethic
- Effective communications, both verbal and written
- Commercial Driver's License Class A (Required)
- Experience delivering materials on a flatbed truck & roll-off trailer
- Experience driving/delivering within new residential communities
- Experience driving with oversize loads
