<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations based in Lafayette, IN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 5 pm, home daily, occasional Saturday if needed</li>
    <li>Pay: $29/hr ($1,600 weekly)</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Local, shipping loads daily from Lafayette, IN to Millersburg, IN. Occasional overnight trip for an Illinois route.</li>
    <li>Equipment: Flatbed, manual transmission</li>
    <li>Handling: Chaining, strapping, and tarping experience required, but tarping is only required in inclement weather</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate equipment on local routes</li>
    <li>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Perform required handling tasks, including chaining, strapping, and tarping as needed</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
    <li>Meet the physical demands of the role</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>License: CDL A</li>
    <li>Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Equipment Experience: Flatbed experience required</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
