<strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>We are seeking a dependable CDL-A Yard Switcher to support operations in Livonia, Michigan. The driver will be responsible for safely switching trailers in the yard, moving equipment as directed, and supporting daily yard operations.</p>

<strong>Pay & Schedule Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Pay: </strong>$25/hr
	<li><strong>Hours:</strong> Approximately 25 hours per week
	<li><strong>Schedule:</strong>
	<ul>
		<li>Monday through Thursday: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
		<li>Friday: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
		<li>Occasional weekends when needed

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely move and switch trailers within the yard.
	<li>Position trailers at dock doors and staging areas as needed.
	<li>Perform yard checks and maintain awareness of trailer locations.
	<li>Communicate with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams.
	<li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment.
	<li>Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
	<li>Maintain a professional and dependable work ethic.
</ul>

<strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
	<li>Valid CDL Class A license required.
	<li>Yard switching or tractor-trailer experience preferred.
	<li>Must be safety-focused, reliable, and able to work independently.
