Driver Pay Rates:
First year drivers earn $85,670 per year, with yearly increases based on tenure!
NEWLY INCREASED Monday - Friday daily pay: $329.50 (includes pre/post-trip)
Winter 'Chip Out' (November 1st - February 28th): $20 for each instance
Daily minimum pay when in training
Orientation Pay: $600 (upon completion of orientation)

Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

More than Driving: the job requires coordinating load info with the plants, dispatch, and feed lots; drivers must also ensure the safe, humane handling of livestock.
