Sign-on Bonus of $8,000 (with at least one year of verifiable shuttle double experience)
High earning potential - top drivers make $80,000-$100,000+ annually after their first year on the job. Home daily. 
The Shuttle Driver will deliver loaded trailers to the shuttle depot and return the empty trailers back to the branch. Deliver loaded trailers to shuttle depot and pick up empty trailers to return. Maintain delivery time windows Immediately communicate problems with supervisor Perform duties by following the company's safety standards Represent Ben E. Keith with professionalism, maintaining a positive attitude, following dress code and cleanliness standards.
Job Qualifications:
Must have a good driving record with no more than 1 moving violation in the past three (3) years. Applicant must pass required Drug and Physical Screening. At least 1 year of DOT doubles driving experience required. Applicants with less than 1 year may qualify for a trainee position. Must have a valid state issued Class A CDL driver's license with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements. Ability to operate/drive a single axle with 28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft., trailers with tandem axle tractors. Must have High School Diploma or GED - Work experience may be substituted for education.
Driver safety is important to Ben E. Keith. We use dash cameras which leverage artificial intelligence to recognize safe driving, capture safety events and improve driver safety performance. The videos are also used to exonerate drivers in accidents. All drivers sign a driver consent form upon hire to confirm their understanding.
