<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Kansas City, KS. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Pay: $29.80 + OT after 8 hours</li>
    <li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, some Saturdays, starting between 12:00-1:00 AM, with 10-12 hour days</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Local, home daily</li>
    <li>Freight: Touch Freight</li>
    <li>Equipment: Manual trucks - NO AUTO RESTRICTION</li>
    <li>Handling: Tanker endorsement required</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Operate a truck to collect fabrication material from various locations</li>
    <li>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and customers</li>
    <li>Required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch</li>
    <li>Occasionally push and pull up to 75 lbs</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Must possess a valid Class A license</li>
    <li>Must be 21 years of age</li>
    <li>Must have a high school diploma or GED</li>
    <li>Will take new graduates</li>
    <li>MUST HAVE TANKER / NO AUTOMATIC RESTRICTIONS</li>
    <li>Must be able to handle outside elements</li>
    <li>Ability to work well with internal staff and external customers</li>
    <li>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience preferred</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
